[ it's SO hard not to stare at his chest. there's so much of it. also his spine glows which is distracting when it's visible. ]

[ right it's a very pretty spine with a splotchy pattern of bioluminescent blue freckles?? who else has a birthmark like that. nobody. just johann. ]

[ this time he charges in, excited. he does avoid the bad leg but it doesn't slow him down considerably! he's still VERY strong and VERY fun to fight. ]

[ dierkk is still strong. he's still tough to fight. it's still a good time. he still at one point gets johann on his back and straddles him and leans far too close before he has to reel back from whatever counterattack johann has. ]

[ ooh he flushes a little at that one, dark purple (no weird blue splotches show up when he blushes though) before just GRABBING AND LAUNCHING that fish as far as he can, which is pretty far even though dierkk is a pretty big dude.

this time he appears to be trying to maneuver dierkk into position to tackle and pin him, just for a change of pace. maybe not all combat has to be hammer-based!! maybe he can just ROUGHHOUSE. ]

[ he's just off-balance enough that it works and dierkk ends up his back on the ground, staring up at johann. phew. his eyes are such a pretty violet. ]

[ yeah fuck he gets a doki. he tries to keep his entire cool but he has to swallow. just the once. his gills flicker, and so do his face fins. ]

[ he rolls easily off dierkk and goes to pick his hammer back up. oh his back muscles are also very good. ]

[ yeah he goes up on his elbows and just fucking watches him. it's kind of hungry. he wants to drag his claws up and down that back.

[ johann does see him. after a week or so. this time there's a line of stitches up his arm? weird. anyway he's fine. he walks right up to johann and grips his chin right there, tipping him down so he can look at his eyes. ]

[ oh, he flushes a little. he's being flirted with?? he's being flirted with maybe?? a DOKI is had? ]

[ to make it even more obvious, his tongue runs over his needle-sharp teeth and he grins. ]

[ oh BOY he's never COURTED anyone before. mom said no quadrants allowed because he was supposed to stay out of the gene pool!! but now he gets to flirt with a PRINCE or whatever the hell violets count as.

anyway he's very overexcited this time. ]

[ right johann can flirt all he wants and the prince is gonna flirt back. dierkk still does a lot of slices when he fights, but by now johann has been able to learn his tactics and can try to get an advantage over him. ]

[ yeah, usually nobody gets a chance to memorize either of their movements, so it's a new experience. johann is going for the same pin he used last time, in fact, now that it wouldn't be cheating to do so. ]

[ funnily enough, once he's pinned, instead of staring up at him like he did before, dierkk is going to turn his head and run his tongue along the inside of his wrist where a thin trickle of purple is running down from a cut on his arm. then he looks up at him from the corners of his eyes. ]

[ HE FLUSHES. he flushes VERY dark purple, yanking his hands back not so much out of a rejection of the implications involved but out of embarrassment because, y'know. that was hot. he liked it.

getting flustered and kind of fluttery in the middle of extremely close combat is probably not a GREAT idea if one intends to win a fight. ]
