Draped around his shoulders is the shadow him, clinging to him as it hovers behind him, much like Nadir does to friends, but this is very much not a friendly gesture from the shadow. Nadir's tail tries to wag, seeing the familiar bare chest--sorry, face, but it seems belaboured as the shadow starts to whisper harshly in his ear.]

[ he drawls out the 'howdy' like it's a joke, but it's unclear how serious he is about it. he steps inside so nadir and his shadow can come inside, and tilts his head thoughtfully. ]

[He nods, letting him know he got his name right, stepping inside and eyeing Dirkbas he passes by.]

[ he closes the door behind them, eyeing the shadow with an unchanging expression. ]
